the inner courtyard is clean, well-lighted and has a relaxing vibe 🏕. nice to sit and have a breath of air even in the middle of the night🧳. the room is ok, beddings are very white and clean. the hot and cold shower is a huge plus, considering the price 😊 the receptionists are very helpful, speaks english well and polite. i forgot the name of the one on duty early morning yesterday, i asked him to recharge my india sim using his card and he did it in seconds! truly considerate. mr. latif arranged for my transpo from the airport pick-up to hotel, to pearson vue in ashoka estate, and tour of delhi on the way to the airport. and it was reasonably priced. for a female solo traveller, this is a safe place.

Had a wonderful and safe stay! This was my 2nd stay at a bloom hotel and this one was with a friend for visa work. We booked this location because its fairly close to the VFS office in shivaji metro station. I was a bit apprehensive about booking bunk beds but they were so comfortable! Some friends told us to be careful outside the hotel because the area is more local. We were careful and didn't face any problems. The staff were very professional and helpful. Travelling alone or with just a friend as women can sometimes be a little concerning but this place was safe and I appreciated how well lit all areas were no matter what the hour. Thank you to the hotel and staff!

The hotel is very bright and clean, close to the New Delhi railway station. This allowed me to walk there straight from the train after arriving in Delhi. The room was simple but clean. The bed was fantastic: very soft and comfortable, and the shower worked well. The breakfast was in the form of a buffet with lots of south Indian, north Indian and western options--very delicious. The internet was good, although sometimes it would breakup for a few minutes, but then it came back strong. The staff was very friendly. Given how dodgy most of the hotels in the area are, this is definitely a great place to stay for a good price;

With all the fake reviews out there, it was a relief to find somewhere safe, clean and in a good location - even if it was a little more expensive than the budget options. Close to metro and train station / tuk tuk to any of the major sites 50-130 affordably. Free water (bottled dispenser), helpful front desk to find a hairdresser, helped book trains and a pre-paid car back to the airport, lift for luggage, staff members helping take up luggage and load up the car. Room had a safe you can enter the combination into each time you wish to use it.

I like the open-air area on level 1 where chairs are provided. I was able to do my work there while enjoying the cool october weather. The breakfast selection was sufficient and flavourful(Mind you it’s mainly vegetarian but they do offer made-to-order eggs). Room service was nice. Food was great. I brought toiletries with me but if you didn’t, they can be requested. The staff are all friendly and are observant. If only all hotels could have staff like the ones I met here. Lastly, it’s literally a stone’s throw away from the railway station.
